Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Making the Batter

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted and smooth.

Mix in Sugar
Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.

Incorporate Eggs
Add the large eggs and egg yolks to the mixture, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Add Flour and Salt
Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
Baking

Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

Remove from the oven and let them sit for 1 minute. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a dessert plate.
