Burger Preparation

Prepare the Beef Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until the spices are evenly distributed.

Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

Prepare the Buns
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

Bake the Fries
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked beef patty. Top with slices of tomato and onion, then cover with the top half of the bun.
