Marinate the Fish
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add the fish fillets to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Fish
Preheat a grill or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the fish from the marinade and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before flaking into bite-sized pieces.

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet, heat the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.

Assemble the Tacos
Take a warmed tortilla and add a layer of shredded cabbage, followed by flaked fish. Top with fresh cilantro and a generous spoonful of salsa. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
