Burrata

Seasonal Vegetables

Method

Preparation of Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

  2. 2

    Toss with Seasoning

In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, and asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss well to coat the vegetables evenly.

Cooking Vegetables

  1. 3

    Roast the Vegetables

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through for even cooking.

Plating

  1. 4

    Arrange the Dish

Once the vegetables are roasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. On a serving platter, place the fresh burrata balls in the center and arrange the roasted vegetables around them.

  2. 5

    Garnish

Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the burrata and vegetables for added flavor and visual appeal.
