Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

Add the Bell Pepper and Carrot

Add the sliced bell pepper and carrot to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

  4. 4

    Incorporate Zucchini and Broccoli

Stir in the zucchini and broccoli florets, cooking for another 3-5 minutes until all vegetables are tender.

  5. 5

    Add Cherry Tomatoes

Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Combine Pasta with Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined.

  7. 7

    Finish with Cheese and Basil

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

  8. 8

    Serve

Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and basil if desired.
