    Cook the Steak

    Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches the desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

    Prepare the Salad Base

    In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, pico de gallo, diced bell pepper, diced onion, cooked corn, and black beans. Toss the ingredients together until well mixed.

    Assemble the Salad

    Add the sliced steak on top of the salad mixture. Crumble queso fresco over the salad and add dollops of guacamole. Place the tostadas around the salad.

    Dress the Salad

    Drizzle BBQ ranch dressing over the top of the salad and toss gently to combine, if desired. Serve immediately.
