Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Wings

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss well to coat them in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove wings from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Pair with celery and carrot sticks, and serve with house-made ranch dressing.
