Ingredients for Burnt End Burger

Method

Instructions for Preparing Burnt End Burger

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with Cajun seasoning. Form into two equal patties, about 1/2 lb each.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Fry the Cheese Curds

In a separate pan, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the cheese curds until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each brioche bun, place the cooked patty. Top with WSL burnt ends, fried cheese curds, pickled red onions, and a drizzle of whiskey BBQ sauce. Spread horseradish aioli on the top half of the bun and place it on top.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the burgers immediately with your choice of sides.
