Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Patties

Divide the ground beef into two equal portions, shaping each into a patty approximately 4 oz. each. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

2

Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side until a nice crust forms. Flip the patties, and place a slice of American cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties reach desired doneness.

3

Toast the Bun

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the brioche bun on the same skillet or grill until golden brown.

4

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun, layer the lettuce, cooked patties with melted cheese, tomato slice, onion slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

5

Serve

Cut the burger in half if desired, serve hot, and enjoy your Cyrus Smash Burger!
