Prepare the Glass
Start by preparing the glass. Take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of a chilled cocktail glass.

Rim with Tajin
Dip the rim of the glass into the Tajin seasoning to coat it evenly. Set the glass aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Lalo Tequila, 1 oz of Giffard Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur, and 2 oz of pineapple juice.

Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup) and secure the lid.

Shake Well
Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with a lime wedge on the rim.
