Prepare the Glass
Begin by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Don Julio Reposado Tequila, 1 oz of Passionfruit Vanilla Liqueur, and 1 oz of Fresh Lime Juice. Fill the shaker with 1 cup of ice.

Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Mixture
Remove the ice water from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Add Sparkling Wine
Top the cocktail with 3 oz of Sparkling Wine, pouring gently to maintain the bubbles.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and a fresh passionfruit half on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
