Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

  2. 2

    Cook Pasta

Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing Vegetables

  1. 3

    Heat Olive Oil

In a large skillet over medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and allow it to heat.

  2. 4

    Cook Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, but do not let it brown.

  3. 5

    Add Vegetables

Add the chopped bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  4. 6

    Season

Season the sautéed vegetables with 1 teaspoon of black pepper and mix well.

Combining Pasta and Vegetables

  1. 7

    Mix Together

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together gently to combine.

  2. 8

    Add Parmesan

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta and vegetables, tossing to ensure even distribution.

  1. 9

    Garnish

Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh basil on top.
