Main Ingredients

Seasonal Vegetables

Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus. Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into thin strips.

  2. 4

    Season the Vegetables

In a mixing bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 6

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

On a grill tray or in a grill basket, add the seasoned vegetables. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon on a plate, accompanied by the grilled seasonal vegetables.

  2. 9

    Garnish (Optional)

You may garnish the dish with fresh lemon wedges or herbs if desired.
