Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for roasting the Brussels sprouts.

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry.

Season the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the prepared Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
Glazing

Prepare the Balsamic Glaze
While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes until it thickens slightly.
