Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form the mixture into four equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger Patties

In the same skillet, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

During the last minute of cooking the patties, place 4 ounces of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Cheesy-Cheese Goo

In a saucepan, heat the remaining cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Stir occasionally until smooth.

  6. 6

    Cook the Sides

Prepare the french fries and tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.

  7. 7

    Assemble the Burger

Place one patty on the bottom bun, add two slices of bacon on top, then another patty, and repeat until you have a four-patty stack. Drizzle the cheesy-cheese goo generously over the top.

  8. 8

    Serve

Serve the Quadruple Coronary Bypass Burger with a side of french fries and tater tots, garnished with additional bacon bits if desired.
