Two 4-ounce griddled sirloin patties served between three slices of griddle-toasted white bread, topped with white American cheese, bacon, tomato, pickle and our secret homemade burger sauce.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Grill the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the sirloin patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

Assemble the Melt
On one slice of toasted bread, place one patty with melted cheese, followed by two slices of bacon, sliced tomato, pickles, and a generous amount of homemade burger sauce. Top with another slice of toasted bread, then add the second patty with cheese, followed by the remaining bacon, tomato, pickles, and sauce. Finish with the last slice of toasted bread.

Serve
Cut the sandwich in half and serve warm with your choice of sides.
