Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

Divide the ground sirloin into three equal portions and shape them into 4-ounce patties. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Griddle the Patties

Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place one slice of American cheese, one slice of pepper jack cheese, and one slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cover the griddle to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate pan, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burgers

On each toasted bun, place a cheesy patty, a generous scoop of whiskey pimento cheese, two strips of bacon, and two onion rings. Top with a ladle of Cheesy-Cheese Goo™.

  7. 7

    Serve

Close the burger with the top bun and serve immediately with your favorite side.
