Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tater Tots

Preheat your oven and prepare the tater tots according to the package instructions until they are crispy. Once done, smash them lightly with a fork and set aside.

  2. 2

    Scramble the Eggs

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, scrambled eggs, and smashed tater tots. Mix until well combined.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Casserole

In a greased baking dish, layer the ham, egg, and tater tot mixture evenly. Pour the Cheesy-Cheese Goo™ over the top.

  5. 5

    Bake the Casserole

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the casserole for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Toast

While the casserole is baking, butter each slice of sourdough bread and griddle them on a skillet until golden brown on both sides.

  7. 7

    Serve

Once the casserole is done, serve it on the griddled sourdough toast and drizzle with spicy honey BBQ sauce to taste.
