Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 3
Add Barbeque Sauce
During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the HSB barbeque sauce over the chicken breasts, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
- 4
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 5
Assemble the Sandwich
On each pretzel bun, place the grilled chicken breast, a slice of whiskey cheddar cheese, 3 slices of bacon, lettuce, and a slice of tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 6
Serve
Serve the wood-grilled chicken sandwiches warm with additional barbeque sauce on the side, if desired.
