Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Pork Chops

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

2

Cook the Pork Chops

Cook the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove from heat and let rest.

3

Make the Spicy Thai Peanut Glaze

In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and sriracha until smooth. Brush the glaze over the cooked pork chops.

4

Make the Wasabi Potato Puree

Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, and wasabi paste until smooth. Season with salt to taste.

5

Stir Fry Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the mixed stir fry vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

6

Serve

Plate the pork chops with a generous serving of wasabi potato puree and stir fry vegetables on the side.
