Shake Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, Licor 43, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and egg whites. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg whites.

Add Olive Oil
Add the olive oil to the shaker, then fill it with ice. Shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass to remove any ice and ensure a smooth texture.

Garnish
Garnish with a single olive on a cocktail pick placed on the rim of the glass.
