Combine Ingredients
In a shaker, combine Seedlip Spice, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, grapefruit juice, and egg whites.

Dry Shake
Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg whites.

Wet Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish
Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel or a sprinkle of nutmeg, if desired.
