Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
- 2
Prepare the Pizza Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Add the Cranberry Jam
Spread the cranberry jam evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 4
Layer the Cheeses
Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute them evenly over the pizza. Crumble the goat cheese and sprinkle it on top. Finally, add the shredded parmesan.
- 5
Add the Meats and Olives
Layer the prosciutto, salami, Greek olives, and cornichons on top of the cheese.
- 6
Season and Drizzle
Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the toppings. Drizzle with olive oil.
- 7
Bake the Pizza
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- 8
Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve warm.
