Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the onion, roasted red peppers, and candied lemon. Set aside.

Cook the Meats
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced Andouille sausage and cook until browned. Then add diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.

Add Shrimp and Vegetables
Stir in the shrimp and chopped onion, cooking until the shrimp turns pink. Add roasted red peppers, candied lemon, and Cajun seasoning. Mix well and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Prepare Lavosh
On a flat surface, lay out the lavosh sheets. Spoon the meat and vegetable mixture evenly over each sheet.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the lavosh on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are crispy.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, slice into pieces, and serve hot.
