Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Trim Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and trim the stem ends. Cut the larger sprouts in half.
- 3
Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the trimmed Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic (you can mince it or leave it whole for more flavor), salt, and black pepper. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
- 4
Roast
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, stirring halfway through.
- 5
Add Parmesan
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm as a delicious side dish.
