Method

Prepare Taco Filling

  1. 1

    Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 lb of ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

In a separate skillet, heat 1 tbs of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 lb of chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Shred the chicken once cooled.

  3. 3

    Cook the Fish

In another skillet, heat 1 tbs of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 lb of white fish fillets, sprinkle with taco seasoning, and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the fish is flaky and cooked through.

Assemble Tacos

  1. 4

    Warm the Tortillas

In a dry skillet, warm the soft taco tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

  2. 5

    Fill the Tacos

Take a warmed tortilla and add your choice of filling (beef, chicken, or fish). Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced jalapeños, and fresh cilantro.

  3. 6

    Serve

Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top. Enjoy!
