Cocktail Ingredients

Method

Cocktail Preparation

1

Chill the Glass

Start by chilling your cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1 cup of ice cubes. Shake well until the mixture is chilled, about 15 seconds.

3

Strain into Glass

Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass. Strain the mixed ingredients from the shaker into the glass.

4

Add Sparkling Wine

Pour 3 oz of sparkling wine gently into the glass over the strained mixture to maintain the bubbles.

5

Top with Club Soda

Add 1 oz of club soda to the glass, giving it a light stir to combine the ingredients.

6

Garnish and Serve

Garnish the cocktail with a twist of lemon and serve immediately while it's still bubbly.
