Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Pumpkin

Cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds and stringy insides. Cut each half into wedges or cubes, depending on preference.

  3. 3

    Season the Pumpkin

In a large mixing bowl, toss the pumpkin pieces with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Roasting

  1. 4

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the seasoned pumpkin pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 5

    Roast the Pumpkin

Roast the pumpkin in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once the pumpkin is roasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  2. 7

    Add Toppings

Crumble the Hamakua goat cheese over the warm pumpkin and drizzle with Rebels Roost cinnamon infused raw honey.

  3. 8

    Serve Immediately

Serve the roasted pumpkin warm as a delicious appetizer or side dish.
