    Prep the Flatbread

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush both sides of the flatbread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

    Prepare the Tomato Topping

    Chop the garlic finely and mix it in a bowl with chopped fresh rosemary, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped fresh basil. Drizzle with a little olive oil and mix to combine.

Assembling and Baking

    Add Toppings

    Spread the garlic-rosemary-cherry tomato mixture evenly over the flatbreads.

    Add the Cheeses

    Sprinkle the smoked gouda, parmesan, and mozzarella evenly over the flatbreads topped with the tomato mixture.

    Bake

    Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the flatbread edges are golden brown.

Serving

    Remove the flatbreads from the oven and drizzle with balsamic reduction before slicing. Serve warm.
