Prepare the Salad Base

Clean the Lettuce
Rinse the baby romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat dry with a towel and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Vegetables
Slice the black garlic tomatoes and set aside. If you haven't already, caramelize the onions until golden brown.

Add Anchovies
Chop the anchovy fillets into small pieces and set aside.
Make the Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk Together
Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble the Salad

Toss the Ingredients
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped baby romaine, caramelized onions, black garlic tomatoes, chopped anchovies, and garlic croutons.

Add Dressing
Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until all ingredients are well coated.

Garnish
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the salad as a garnish before serving.
