Preparation

1

Chill the Glass

Begin by chilling your glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

2

Combine the Ingredients

In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, add 3 oz of Aperol, 3 oz of Prosecco, and 1 oz of soda water.

3

Add Ice

Fill the mixture with ice cubes (about 1 cup) to chill the ingredients and dilute slightly.

4

Mix the Drink

Gently stir the mixture with a bar spoon or the end of a long spoon for about 10-15 seconds, ensuring all ingredients are well combined.

5

Prepare the Glass

Discard the ice water from your chilled glass and strain the mixture into the glass. If you don’t have a strainer, you can simply pour it in gently.

6

Garnish

Add a slice of orange on the rim of the glass for garnish. Optionally, add an olive for an additional twist.
