Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Cooking
- 2
Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation
- 3
Make Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
BBQ Sauce Preparation
- 4
Make BBQ Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika. Mix well until smooth.
Asian Sauce Preparation
- 5
Make Asian Sauce
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
Coating the Wings
- 6
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Asian) until well coated. Return them to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to help the sauce adhere and caramelize.
Serving
- 7
Serve the Wings
Remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with celery sticks and your choice of dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese.
