Baked Spaghetti Recipe
Italian sausage and pepperoni sautéed in olive oil then tossed with spaghetti in a blend of marinara and our creamy Alfredo sauce. Topped with mozzarella then baked. Garnished with shaved Parmesan and parsley.

Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Sausage and Pepperoni
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add the pepperoni slices and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.

Combine Sauces
In a large mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce and Alfredo sauce. Stir until well blended.

Mix the Ingredients
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the sausage and pepperoni. Pour the sauce mixture over the spaghetti and toss everything together until well coated.
Baking

Prepare for Baking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the spaghetti mixture.

Bake
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve
Remove the baked spaghetti from the oven. Let it cool slightly, then garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
