Preparation of Wings

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Sprinkle the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper over the chicken wings. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on the rack in a single layer.
Cooking the Wings

Bake the Wings
Drizzle the vegetable oil over the wings. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, turning them halfway through.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Simmer the Sauce
Stir the mixture until the butter is melted and the sauce is heated through, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Once the wings are cooked, place them in a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
