Lemon Bar

    Prepare the crust

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add flour and baking powder, mixing until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.

    Bake the crust

    Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.

    Make the filling

    In another bowl, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and powdered sugar until smooth.

    Combine and bake

    Pour the lemon filling over the crust and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until set. Cool completely before cutting.

Caramel Apple Bar

    Prepare the base

    In a bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.

    Add the filling

    Spread chopped apples over the base and drizzle caramel sauce on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes or until apples are tender.

    Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Seven Heaven Bar

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch dish.

    Layer ingredients

    Layer the coconut, chocolate chips, and nuts over the crust. Pour condensed milk evenly over the top.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Raspberry Bar

    In another bowl, whisk together eggs and raspberry puree until smooth.

    Pour the raspberry mixture over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting.
