Prepare the Ingredients
Cut the salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes. Chop the bell pepper and red onion into similar-sized pieces.

Marinate the Salmon
In a bowl, combine the salmon cubes with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Toss until evenly coated and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Assemble the Skewers
Thread the marinated salmon, bell pepper, and red onion onto the skewers, alternating between the ingredients.

Bake the Skewers
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is medium rare.

Cook the Sticky Rice
While the skewers are baking, cook the sticky rice according to package instructions.

Serve the Cajun salmon skewers over a bed of sticky rice and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
