Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Prep the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Sauces

While the wings are baking, prepare your choice of sauce by combining the ingredients specified for each sauce in a bowl.

  2. 5

    Mild Buffalo Sauce

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in hot sauce, garlic powder, and vinegar until combined.

  3. 6

    House Hot Sauce

Mix hot sauce, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl until well blended.

  4. 7

    Nashville Hot Sauce

In a bowl, mix cayenne, brown sugar, paprika, and garlic powder. Heat oil in a deep pan, then stir in the spice mix.

  5. 8

    BBQ Sauce

Simply use your favorite BBQ sauce directly from the bottle.

  6. 9

    Garlic-Parmesan Sauce

Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, cook until fragrant, then stir in parmesan and parsley.

  7. 10

    Hot Honey Sauce

Combine honey and hot sauce in a small bowl, mix well.

  8. 11

    Dry Rub

Mix all dry rub ingredients together in a bowl.

Coating the Wings

  1. 12

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in your chosen sauce until fully coated.

Serving

  1. 13

    Plate the Wings

Serve the wings hot with celery and carrot sticks on the side for dipping.
