Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Glass

Place your glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while preparing the drink.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Corazon Anejo Tequila, 0.5 oz of agave syrup, and 2 dashes of Aztec chocolate bitters.

  3. 3

    Add Ice

Fill the mixing glass with 1 cup of ice and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute.

  4. 4

    Strain the Mixture

Remove the ice from your chilled glass and strain the mixed drink into the glass.

Garnishing

  1. 5

    Add Chocolate Shavings

Sprinkle 1 tsp of chocolate shavings on top of the drink for a rich chocolate flavor.

  2. 6

    Finish with Orange Peel

Twist a piece of orange peel over the drink to release essential oils and drop it into the glass as garnish.
