Burger Components

Roasted Garlic Aioli

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Roasted Garlic Aioli

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the garlic heads to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap them in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the cloves are soft. Once cooled, squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Make the Aioli

To the bowl with roasted garlic, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon and Prosciutto

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, add prosciutto and cook until slightly crispy, about 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  4. 4

    Fry the Eggs

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook sunny-side up or to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Toast the English Muffins

Slice the English muffins in half and toast them until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted English muffin, spread a generous amount of roasted garlic aioli. Layer with crispy bacon, prosciutto, a slice of cheddar cheese, and a fried egg. Top with the other half of the English muffin.
