Method
Preparing the Fries
- 1
Fry the Crinkle Fries
In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the frozen crinkle cut fries in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the fries with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Assembling the Loaded Fries

Layering the Cheese and Toppings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the fried crinkle fries in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the fries. Add the chopped bacon and sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.

Baking
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Garnishing
Once out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and drizzle with sour cream. Serve immediately.
