Dry Rub Preparation

Mix the Dry Rub
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to mix all the spices evenly.

Make the Cowboy Butter
In a mixing bowl, combine unsalted butter, chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated. Set aside at room temperature or refrigerate until needed.
Crispy Fingerlings Preparation

Prepare the Fingerlings
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the fingerling potatoes in half lengthwise. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary until evenly coated.

Bake the Fingerlings
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
BBQ Aioli Preparation

Make the BBQ Aioli
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
