- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2
Prepare the Shrimp
In a medium bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- 3
Make the Butter Mixture
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
- 4
Combine Shrimp and Butter
Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- 5
Arrange in Baking Dish
Transfer the shrimp mixture to a baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
- 6
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- 7
Prepare the Baguette
While the shrimp is baking, slice the baguette into rounds. You can toast them in the oven for a few minutes if desired.
- 8
Serve
Remove the shrimp from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with the toasted baguette slices.
