Directions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken
While the pasta cooks, season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice.
- 3
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning, stirring until smooth.
- 4
Combine Everything
Add the cooked fettuccine and sweet peas to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Add the sliced chicken on top and mix gently until everything is well combined.
- 5
Serve
Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning if desired.
