Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Chicken
While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.
- 3
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the sweet peas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 4
Combine Everything
Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- 5
Serve
Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper if desired.
