Finely chop the beef tenderloin using a sharp knife until it reaches a tartare-like consistency.

In a bowl, combine the chopped beef, capers, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Using a ring mold or a small dish, place the beef mixture in the center of the plate and press gently to shape it.
