Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill or cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the baguette into small cubes. Toss the bread cubes in melted butter and garlic powder. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.

In a large bowl, chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add the sliced chicken, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
