Prepare Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.

Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack.

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are thoroughly coated.
