Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Octopus

In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the octopus and cook for about 30-40 minutes until tender. Once done, remove from the water and let it cool. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Calamari

Clean the calamari by removing the ink sac and internal organs. Rinse under cold water and slice into rings. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Potatoes

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water for about 10-15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.

  4. 4

    Sauté the Ingredients

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the spicy 'nduja and let it melt. Add the octopus and calamari, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until warmed through.

  5. 5

    Deglaze with Wine

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

  6. 6

    Combine with Potatoes

Add the boiled potatoes to the skillet and stir gently to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle it over the dish for garnish. Serve hot with slices of grilled ciabatta on the side.
