Directions
Prepare the Lobster Tails
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise, exposing the meat but leaving the tail intact.
Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the Lobster
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Using a brush, generously coat the exposed lobster meat with the melted butter mixture.
Bake the Lobster Tails
Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with the remaining butter mixture halfway through cooking.
Garnish and Serve
Once the lobster tails are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and any remaining butter sauce.
