Prepare Sauce
In a baking dish, spread 1 cup of marinara sauce evenly on the bottom. Set aside the remaining sauce for topping.

Assemble Dish
Arrange the stuffed manicotti shells in the baking dish over the marinara sauce. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle with herb breadcrumbs and the remaining 0.5 cup of mozzarella cheese.
